Why isn't my frame there when I turn on my computer? Just like any other program... every time you restart your computer... you'll have to restart this program. A suggestion would be to SAVE your frame to your desktop. You'll see the lil' Billy Bear Icon on your desktop... so whenever you restart your computer... all you will have to do is double click on the Billy Bear Icon to open your Desktop Photo Frame.

UPGRADE: All Picture Frames Updated December 11, 2001
Now, when you open the program, your last picture will be there
until you change the picture or install it on another computer.
