Finger Paint

Materials Needed:

    1 c Flour
    1 c Cold Water
    3 c Cold Water
    Food Coloring

In a large saucepan mix the flour with the 1 c cold water. Stir until smooth. Then add the remainder 3 c cold water. With Mom or Dad's help... cook over medium heat. Stir until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble. Reduce the heat to low and simmer 1 minute. Stir while on simmer. Divide the mixture in small jars and add the food coloring. Cover and let cool.
